Just by making 5% in HUDA, i got my Name in 2016 HUDA DRAW and allocated a 2 BHK Flat in total 24 lakh ( in sector 111 Gurgoun ) . i Got a Bank loan where my EMI is Rs. 18000/- and the Rent i am receving is Rs. 30500/month. so after paying my Loan EMI from rent, i am getting Approx Rs. 12500/- in my pocket every month. the present market rate of the property is above 60 Lakh .
I was allocated a 2 BHK Flat in C Tower, of Lotus Homz Sector 111, Gurgoubn through HUDA Draw in 2016. i did not took any loan as the payment option of the haryana Urban Development authority is so easy ( 12.5% in every six month ) that i paid from my Saving from Salary itsefl. now i have paid full cost of the flat & Receving monthly rent of Rs. 30000/month.
I got a 2 BHK flat in 2012 HUDA DRAW and allocated a 2 BHK Flat in Our Homz, Sector 37C, Gurgoun. Total Cost was only 16 lakh . I did not Financed thsi Flat andpaid the Entire Amount in easy installemnt as per Payment plan of HUDA from my salary income ( 12.5% in every six month ) . now i have paid full cost of the flat & Receving monthly rent of Rs. 20000/month. .
On recommnadation of Ramjee, I did applied for HUDA Draw in 2023 and got a 3 BHK Flat in ZARA Sector 104, near railway Station ,Gurgoun . i don't want to apply for bank loan as the payment plan for the flat is very Easy & Simple. after allotment i have also received my ATS ( RERA ) in my hands. total cost of the flat is Rs. 29 lakh approx.
